Pet of the Week: Meet Charbon
Valerie Kattz from Animal Samaritans joined us this week to introduce Charbon, an adorable 7-month-old pug mix looking for his forever home.
Charbon has been with Animal Samaritans for most of his young life and is ready to find a loving family. He's a sweet, affectionate pup who loves giving kisses and is doing well with basic commands. As a puppy, he's best suited for someone with the time and energy to continue his training and take him on regular walks.
Animal Samaritans is a no-kill shelter open seven days a week. Staff work closely with potential adopters to ensure each pet is the right fit for their lifestyle and family.
Interested in adopting Charbon? Contact Animal Samaritans to schedule a visit.
Upcoming Event: Join Animal Samaritans for Yappy Hour at the Riviera's Desert Rose Garden, Thursday, January 15 from 4–6 p.m. Bring your leashed, friendly pet and enjoy hors d'oeuvres, wine, and prize drawings for a $20 donation.
Animal Samaritans also offers low-cost veterinary services and financial aid for qualifying pet owners struggling with medical expenses. They continue to partner with local cities on spay and neuter programs throughout the Coachella Valley.
