Asesino empuja a su víctima a las vías del trolley en San Diego
Un hombre murió este fin de semana en San Diego, luego de que otra persona lo empujara a un tren que se aproximaba, sin provocación, de acuerdo con lo informado por la policía local el sábado, anunciando que se había abierto una investigación por homicidio.
“El hombre golpeó el costado de un tren que pasaba, lo que le ocasionó sus heridas”, dijo el Departamento de Policía de San Diego en un comunicado.
La víctima, identificada como Martin Andara de 68 años, residente de Santee, sufrió un grave traumatismo en la parte superior de su cuerpo y los oficiales lo declararon muerto en el lugar poco después de las 6 a.m. hora local (9 a.m. EST) el sábado por la mañana, según el informe.
Los detectives tuvieron acceso a información que revela que tanto la víctima como el sospechoso acababan de salir del tranvía que iba en dirección sur, en la estación de tranvías “Old Town” y se encontraban caminando en el andén cuando el sospechoso empujó sin provocación alguna al hombre hacia un tren que se aproximaba, dijo la policía.
“El sospechoso huyó del área a pie”, agregó la corporación.

El sospechoso, que ha sido descrito como un hombre de tez clara, con una estatura aproximada de 5’7” a 5’9” y complexión delgada, vestía ropa negra cuando huyó de la escena del crimen por su propio pie, dijo la policía.
Los uniformados intentaron localizar a testigos oculares del hecho en las inmediaciones de la estación.
La policía espera que el video obtenido de las cámaras de vigilancia sirva para localizar al sospechoso del ataque, de acuerdo con las declaraciones del Teniente Andra Brown.
“Estamos esperanzados de que este caso será resuelto, si alguien tiene información al respecto, por favor llame al Departamento de Policía de San Diego o a Crime Stoppers, pueden mantener el anonimato si así lo prefieren”, añadió Brown.

El servicio de transporte fue suspendido el martes por la mañana mientras la policía realizaba la investigación, pero fue normalizado alrededor de las 12:30 p.m. del día sábado, de acuerdo con lo informado por el North County Transit.
