7 Day Forecast, plus Chloe Carlson Celebrates Taste of Tennis in Indian Wells
Live from Indian Wells tonight, Chloe Carlson is at the highly anticipated Taste of Tennis event, celebrating the return of tennis season with an exciting culinary showcase. Chloe is on a mission to try everything, and she’s making excellent progress.
One of the standouts tonight is celebrity chef Susan Feniger of Alice B. in Palm Springs, who introduces her signature dish: whipped cilantro tahini paired with pickled kumquats, fresnos, pomegranates, crispy shallots, and pita.
But it’s not all savory—desserts are also on display. Dominic, the executive pastry chef from JW Marriott Desert Springs, showcases his team’s creation, the pistachio cherry gateau. This indulgent dessert layers black cherry mousse, merino cherries, pistachio biscuit, and pistachio cheesecake, creating a flavor-packed treat. Chloe gives it a glowing “10 out of 10” in her quick taste test.
In between savoring these culinary delights, Chloe offers a weather update for Southern California, noting some cooler conditions and possible rainfall from an incoming atmospheric river.
As the Taste of Tennis event continues, Chloe encourages everyone to stop by, sample some local favorites, and enjoy the beautiful evening in the Coachella Valley. With delicious food from around the area and plenty of exciting moments, the Taste of Tennis is truly a highlight of the night.
