An Excessive Heat Warning continues through Friday for a large area of the Southwest, including the Coachella Valley. Palm Springs has yet to mark it’s first 110°+ day of the year, but there is a good chance that will occur this afternoon.

Our midday highs will be closer to normal on Sunday under fair-weather high clouds.
