Agua Caliente Tribe Advances Native History Curriculum in Palm Springs Schools

The Agua Caliente Tribe's speaker series at the Cultural Museum highlighted a new curriculum for Palm Springs Unified School District, teaching the history of the Agua Caliente people. The program, a collaboration between the Tribe and the school district, recently received the prestigious Honoring Nations award from Harvard. The series continues on December 5 with a session on the Treaty of Temecula.
