Another Long Range Tropical Forecast: Southern Florida!
As many of you know, I love looking at computer *weather* models! And, I like sharing them with you!
Anyway, the latest Global Forecast System run has a Tropical Depression developing on November 17 in the Southwest Caribbean, then heading North-Northwest as a Tropical Storm squeezing in-between the Yucatan Peninsula and Cuba on November 20.
Next, a large low pressure system over the Central US will play a major role in steering this possible Hurricane Sara to the Northeast over the Key West area by Thursday morning, November 21.
Yesterday, this forecast run had landfall just South of Fort Meyers.
So, the outcome of this forecast is well over a week away and will definitely change again. I'll keep you updated. Stay tuned!
