Your SoCal Weather Heads-Up for Wednesday, November 13, 2024!

Like yesterday, the Coachella Valley will be under plenty of sunshine this afternoon with dry air and near-normal high temperatures in the upper-70s/lower-80s. You can expect the same for your Thursday. As a low pressure system approaches Southern California, on-shore winds will slowly become a bit gusty in those wind-prone areas late on Friday. This system will also usher in cooler-than-normal high temps... upper-60s/lower-70s on Friday followed by upper-60s on Saturday. Valley overnight lows will bottom-out in the lower-to-middle 40s just before sunrise on Sunday morning. And -- because lows will fall close to freezing -- a Frost Advisory is likely for the High Desert and San Gorgonio Pass starting Saturday night. @JerrySteffen @NBCPalmSprings
