Your SoCal Weather Briefing for Sunday, November 24, 2024!

Beginning later today, and continuing into the rest of the week, the Coachella Valley will be under various thickness and heights of clouds. Today you can expect a mix of Sun and clouds with near-normal high temperatures in the middle-70s with very little change for the Valley through Wednesday. We did see widely scattered light showers West of the Valley last night. The next chance of rain for the state begins Monday. Although there will be widely scattered showers to our West Monday through Wednesday, the bulk of precipitation will fall well to our North. The closest any rain will come to the Valley will occur on Wednesday. Clouds will begin to thicken on Thanksgiving with overcast conditions forecast for Friday. Looking at a few weather computer models this morning, it looks like a low pressure system will be located just SW of San Diego to provide showers to Southern California next weekend.
