Christmas Lights Illuminate Paris's Champs-Élysées

The festive spirit is officially alive in Paris as the Champs-Élysées lit up with dazzling Christmas lights for the first time this season. The ceremonial lighting, witnessed by a large crowd, marked the countdown to Christmas in the City of Light. Fireworks and confetti accompanied the grand moment, creating a magical atmosphere. This year, 400 trees along the avenue are adorned with shimmering gold glitter lights, which flash vibrantly every 15 minutes. Adding to the splendor, a 44-foot-tall Christmas tree has been installed near the iconic Arc de Triomphe. The lights will continue to captivate visitors until early January 2025, drawing both locals and tourists to the famous boulevard for a festive experience.
