California Earthquake Swarm Today!

It all began with a Far-Reaching 7.0 magnitude quake at 10:44a under the Pacific Ocean just off of the Northern California coast of Cape Mendocino. That major shaker was followed by a 4.7 (10:46a), 4.2 (11:36a), 4.3 (12:04p), 4.0 (12:12p), and 4.2 (1:47p). So far, there has been one magnitude 7, five 4s, and over 20 3s with dozens of smaller aftershocks. They have all occurred in the same general area. @JerrySteffen @NBCPalmSprings
