For improving sleep, Dr. Lindquist suggests new bedding such as comfortable sheets or a mattress topper. Sleep is a vital part of maintaining good health, and better rest can help improve overall well-being. Social engagement is another key component of senior health, and gift cards to restaurants or activities can help get them out of the house. But Dr. Lindquist suggests taking them out yourself as part of the gift to make it extra special. Finally, consider gifting a trip to an audiologist or geriatrician.
