Califride Foundation Brings Holiday Cheer with Toy Giveaway

With Christmas just around the corner, local organizations are spreading holiday cheer to families in need. The Califride Foundation hosted a special toy distribution event in partnership with groups such as the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the Marines, Meridian Hospice Care, and others.

The event was designed to bring joy to families who may otherwise face challenges during the holiday season. The Coachella Valley Cowboys also contributed to the effort by collecting toys at their events, adding to the festive spirit.

More than 200 toys for children of all ages were distributed to over 55 families. To ensure a seamless experience, families were able to pick up the toys without leaving their vehicles. The Marines played a pivotal role, assisting with the toy handouts and ensuring the event ran smoothly.

This collaborative effort highlighted the generosity and community spirit of the Coachella Valley. Events like these not only provide gifts but also create lasting memories for families during the holiday season.
