Former President Bill Clinton Admitted to Hospital for Observation After Developing Feve

Former President Bill Clinton, 78, was admitted to Georgetown University Medical Center on Monday afternoon after developing a fever. According to his spokesman, Angel Urena, the former president is undergoing testing and observation, but remains in good spirits and is optimistic about returning home by Christmas. Urena assured CNN that Clinton "is fine" and deeply appreciates the "excellent care" he's receiving at the hospital. Clinton was at his Washington home when he was taken to the hospital for treatment. Clinton has a history of heart issues, including a quadruple bypass heart surgery in 2004 and the insertion of two stents to open an artery in 2010. In 2021, he was hospitalized for an infection that spread to his bloodstream. The former president has been active in recent months, campaigning this fall and promoting his new book, Citizen: My Life After the White House, while maintaining a busy travel schedule. This story is ongoing and will be updated as more information becomes available. Source: The-CNN-Wire
