Rolling Loud California 2025 Announces Headliners; Kieran Culkin's Golden Globe Victory and New Romero Documentary
The highly anticipated Rolling Loud California 2025 festival in Hollywood Park has revealed its headliners, with ASAP Rocky, Playboy Cardi, and Peso Pluma topping the bill. Along with other talented artists, they’ll take to the stage at the festival, which has scaled back this year to two days (March 15th and 16th), instead of the previous three-day format. Tickets for the event go on sale this Friday.
In other entertainment news, Kieran Culkin recently won a Golden Globe for his role in Succession—but his involvement in the film Real Pain almost didn’t happen. Writer-director Jesse Eisenberg shared at the Palm Springs Film Festival that Culkin was on the verge of quitting the project two weeks before shooting began. However, Emma Stone, who also produced the movie, flew with Culkin to Poland and essentially "blackmailed" him into taking the role, ensuring his participation.
In a thrilling cinematic revelation, a new documentary titled George A. Romero's Resident Evil delves into what went wrong with the collaboration between legendary horror filmmaker George A. Romero and Capcom for a Resident Evil film adaptation. Although Romero's influence on the video game franchise is undeniable, the movie never came to fruition in 1998. The documentary is now available for streaming on digital and VOD platforms.
