An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up for Thursday, January 9, 2025!

The Coachella Valley will see lots of sunshine this afternoon with very dry air and slightly above normal temperatures in the middle-70s. There still will be occasionally gusty Santa Ana winds, just not as strong as yesterday.

Also today, a High Wind Warning and a Red Flag Warning have both been issued to areas West of the Valley while a Wind Advisory has been posted to our East.

Both our winds and temperatures back-off slightly on Friday, but still with extremely dry air. We'll be back to the middle-70s under sunshine on Saturday.
