New Drone Footage Reveals Major Developments to Disney's Cotino Community in Rancho Mirage
Construction on Disney's ambitious Cotino community in Rancho Mirage is making significant progress, and new drone footage is offering a closer look at the sprawling development. Captured by Brian Wooten, the footage showcases a stunning 24-acre man-made lagoon, a standout feature of the community that will use recycled water. This eco-conscious design is part of Disney's commitment to sustainability within the new development.
The Cotino community is set to include a range of amenities, including plans for a beachfront hotel that will bring a touch of luxury to the area. Once completed, the development will feature 2,000 homes and condos, some of which are already for sale. The community is designed to offer both residential and recreational spaces, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for future residents.
As construction continues, the Cotino project promises to transform Rancho Mirage, bringing a unique blend of Disney's signature magic and desert living.
