An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up on Monday, February, 10, 2025!
The Coachella Valley will experience another warmer-than-normal day with lots of sunshine and above-normal highs in the upper-70s. Then, changes are on-the-way.
As a deepening low pressure system approaches from the North on Tuesday, our temps begin to cool while on-shore winds become occasionally gusty.
This disturbance will guide moisture from an Atmospheric River over Southern California triggering precipitation between Wednesday and Friday.
As of this morning, it looks like the best shot of showers for the Valley will be late on Wednesday, followed by heavier accumulations between Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. The Tram may see up to 10-inches of new snow by Friday night.
Valley temps will also be noticeably cooler as highs struggle to warm into the middle-60s for both Wednesday and Thursday.
