Non-Injury Crash Reported Near Vista Point off HWY 74 This Morning
A non-injury crash was reported near Vista Point in Palm Springs early this morning, causing a temporary road shutdown. The incident, which took place around 7:00 a.m., involved a vehicle that hit a guardrail and then went over the side of the road. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), no major injuries were sustained by the driver.
A tow truck was called to the scene to remove the vehicle, leading to a brief closure of the road. Emergency personnel responded quickly, and traffic was rerouted until the area was cleared. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported, and the road has since been reopened.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
