Nickel Boys Earns Oscar Nominations for Powerful Historical Drama

The critically acclaimed historical drama "Nickel Boys," directed by Ramel Ross, has captured the attention of both audiences and critics, earning two Oscar nominations—one for Best Adapted Screenplay and another for Best Picture.

Adapted from Colson Whitehead’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, the film dives deep into the harrowing realities of a Jim Crow-era reform school, exposing the abuse and systemic racism faced by its young students.
