Taste of Tennis Kicks Off with Gourmet Bites and Signature Cocktails

The Taste of Tennis has officially begun, bringing together world-class cuisine, top-tier chefs, and signature cocktails to Indian Wells. NBC Palm Springs’ Chloe Carlson is on location, giving us a firsthand look at the flavors and experiences that make this event a must-attend.

Among the highlights, guests are sampling the Palm Deuce cocktail, a refreshing mix of Lalo Tequila, date syrup, pomegranate juice, and Voss Sparkling. Sean from Voss Water shared the inspiration behind the drink, noting that the addition of dates is a nod to the Coachella Valley’s agricultural roots.

But it’s not just about the drinks—celebrity chef Angelo Sosa from Tia Carmen is also wowing attendees with his lamb barbacoa and caviar creation, served on a sesame leaf. Chloe got a firsthand taste of the dish, joking about needing a napkin after a flavorful bite.

With a vibrant atmosphere filled with music, delicious eats, and tennis-themed excitement, Taste of Tennis is once again proving why it’s one of the premier pre-tournament events in the desert.
