Gallery Classic Kickoff Brings Community and Charity Together in Rancho Mirage

The Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce hosted the Galleri Classic Kickoff at Mission Hills Country Club, setting the stage for one of the Coachella Valley’s premier golf tournaments. Now in its third year, the event not only celebrates the sport but also serves as a platform for community engagement and charitable giving.

The Galleri Classic, a PGA Tour Champions event, will feature nearly 80 legendary players competing over three days. While the competition on the course will be intense, the tournament’s impact extends far beyond golf. The event is dedicated to supporting local cancer-related charities, ensuring that funds raised benefit those in need throughout the Coachella Valley.

Six organizations will receive contributions from the tournament, including the Desert Cancer Foundation, Hansen House, Shays Warriors - Life After Cancer, American Cancer Society, The Pendleton Foundation, and Desert Cancer Foundation. These partnerships highlight the event’s mission to give back to the community while bringing world-class golf to Rancho Mirage.
