Your SoCal Weather Briefing for Wednesday, April 2, 2025!
As the frontal boundary (which triggered strong on-shore winds the last few days) slides to the East, the Coachella Valley will experience a few changes.
Although that Wind Advisory has been dropped, on-shore winds may still become a bit gusty in those wind-prone areas later this afternoon. Also, our midday highs will be noticeably cooler. Valley temperatures will struggle to make their way into the lower-70s today and again tomorrow.
Then, a slow warm-up begins.
You can expect lots of sunshine this weekend with highs in the 80s, that will be followed by 90s beginning Monday.
And, a few computer models suggest midday highs with hover around 100° on Thursday and Friday of next week. Stay tuned!
