An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up for Saturday, April 5, 2025!

Northerly winds will be an issue later today. Although a Wind Advisory has not been posted for the area, an Air Quality Alert continues through this evening because of elevated dust and dirt. Winds are expected to peak early this afternoon.

The Coachella Valley will experience near-normal highs in the middle-80s this afternoon with lots of sunshine and middle-of-the-day relative humidity in the single-digits.

Our midday highs will peak in the lower-90s Sunday, Monday and Tuesday under mostly clear skies.

But the hottest readings will occur on Thursday and Friday with peak temperatures around 100° both afternoons.
