The Coachella Valley will see mostly sunny skies today with low relative humidity and very warm midday temperatures in the middle-to-upper 90s.

A weak wave will swing quickly through Southern California tomorrow night providing a few extra clouds on Monday and playing a role in reducing temperatures slightly by Tuesday.

Another frontal boundary will move through the Southwest Thursday-evening/Friday morning followed by a more potent, wobbly, upper-low late-Friday into Saturday. These two systems will further reduce Valley highs to the 70s on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

While the Valley remains rain-free, the best shot of seeing light, widely scattered SoCal showers will occur late on Friday.
