Budweiser Clydesdales Parade Down El Paseo Ahead of Stagecoach Festival

As excitement builds for the Stagecoach Festival, a beloved tradition trotted through Palm Desert on Thursday—the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales.

The eight-horse team made a grand entrance along El Paseo, pulling the iconic red beer wagon as part of an annual celebration tied to the country music weekend. Onlookers gathered along the boulevard to catch a glimpse of the majestic horses, which were accompanied by the signature Budweiser Dalmatian coach dog riding proudly on the wagon.

The Clydesdales made several special deliveries to select restaurants along El Paseo, offering a fun and nostalgic nod to Budweiser’s roots and bringing a touch of Americana to the Coachella Valley.

The tradition, now a familiar part of Stagecoach festivities, not only celebrates the spirit of the festival but also provides an early taste of the weekend’s energy and excitement.

The sight of the powerful draft horses—each standing around six feet tall and weighing up to 2,000 pounds—always draws a crowd, and this year was no different. Residents and visitors lined the sidewalks to snap photos and take in the fanfare as the parade made its way through town.

With the festival kicking off, expect more celebrity sightings and special events in the days ahead as Stagecoach continues to light up the Valley.
