Camille Razat Exits Emily in Paris as Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith Returns to Theaters for 20th Anniversary
Two big headlines are lighting up the entertainment world this week, one from the heart of Paris and the other from a galaxy far, far away.
First, fans of Emily in Paris were surprised to learn that Camille Razat, who plays Emily’s longtime frenemy Camille, will not be returning for Season 5. Netflix recently released its list of confirmed cast members for the upcoming season, and Razat’s name was notably absent.
Razat has since confirmed her departure via social media, expressing gratitude for the experience. “It’s been a wonderful ride,” she wrote, “but Camille’s storyline has reached its natural conclusion.” The French actress has been part of the show since its debut, bringing flair and friction to the hit series set in the City of Light.
Meanwhile, Star Wars fans have a reason to celebrate. Episode III – Revenge of the Sith is returning to theaters for one week only, starting tomorrow, in honor of its 20th anniversary. The 2005 film marked the conclusion of George Lucas’s prequel trilogy and remains one of the franchise’s most dramatic chapters.
CNN’s Max Foster spoke with Lucas at the time of the film’s original release, and Lucas reflected on the long journey. “You just hope the world doesn’t end before you get there,” he joked.
While the film itself introduced no major technological breakthroughs compared to Episode I, it continued pushing the envelope in digital effects and emotionally driven storytelling. For many fans, it’s remembered for its powerful performances, iconic lines, and pivotal moments in Anakin Skywalker’s transformation into Darth Vader.
Whether you're rewatching a classic or saying goodbye to a fan-favorite character, it's a big week for entertainment.
