Arbor Day, National Mani-Pedi Day, and Fun License Plate Trivia Mark April 25 Celebrations

Friday vibes were strong this morning — and for good reason! It’s Friday, April 25, 2025, which means it’s time to celebrate Arbor Day (go plant a tree!), plus a few other fun holidays we spotlighted during today’s show, brought to you by Inland Empire Health Plan.

In addition to Arbor Day, today marks:

  • National Mani-Pedi Day — Treat yourself to a manicure and pedicure!

  • National Zucchini Bread Day — Bake a delicious loaf (maybe after your mani-pedi).

  • National Plumber’s Day — A salute to the hard-working "pipe people" keeping things flowing.

  • National License Plate Day — Celebrating the first U.S. license plate issued back in 1901!

We also couldn’t fit them all on screen, but it's also National Telephone Day, DNA Day, Crayola Day, Red Hat Society Day, and World Penguin Day. Yes, it’s a packed calendar!

Today’s Pop Quiz took a nostalgic and musical turn. First, we asked:
What was printed on the license plate of the red Ferrari in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off?
The answer: "NRVOUS" — a clever nod to the tension in that unforgettable garage scene.

Next, a little music trivia:
What was Olivia Rodrigo’s one regret about her breakout hit “Driver’s License”?
Answer: She wanted to fix a grammatical error! The missing apostrophe in "driver’s" was something she later admitted noticing after the song's massive success.

With fun, random facts and a little friendly competition, we’re heading into the weekend full of good vibes (and maybe a fresh mani-pedi)!
