WWII Veteran Kenneth Johnson Turns 100
Kenneth Johnson has officially joined the centenarian club!
The World War II veteran celebrated his 100th birthday on Saturday.
Johnson, originally from San Francisco, proudly served as an engineer during the war.
After his service, he eventually made his way to the Coachella Valley.
These days, he enjoys a quieter life surrounded by sunshine and community.
To mark his incredible milestone, the Historical Society of Palm Desert hosted a special celebration.
Friends, family, and well-wishers gathered to honor Johnson’s lifetime of service and memories.
It was a day filled with laughter, stories, and heartfelt moments.
Johnson beamed with pride as he celebrated a century of life and achievements.
His story is a shining example of resilience and dedication.
The Coachella Valley community was thrilled to be part of his big day.
