Search and seizure warrants were quickly carried out across multiple areas in Brazil.
A suspect believed to be behind the bombing plan is now in custody.
Officials also detained a teenager connected to the plot.
A spokesperson for Lady Gaga said the team learned of the threat Sunday morning through media reports.
They added that Gaga’s staff had worked closely with law enforcement from the beginning.
