Delaware Man Turns Heads with Homemade "Land-Doo"

If you’ve ever wondered what would happen if you combined a broken-down WaveRunner and a scooter, look no further than Delaware’s own Justin Booneville. His creation, affectionately dubbed the “Land-Doo,” is an eye-catching, street-legal mashup that’s drawing stares and smiles from every corner he cruises through.

Booneville, a self-taught tinkerer and vehicle enthusiast, spent hundreds of hours and approximately $2,500 crafting the Land-Doo from scratch. Using parts from a non-functioning WaveRunner and a scooter base, he managed to engineer a ride that blends the aesthetics of a jet ski with the practicality of a moped.
