The Coachella Valley will be under lots of sunshine this afternoon with occasionally gusty on-shore winds and slightly below-normal high temperatures in the upper-80s/lower-90s.

Next -- as an upper-level ridge of high pressure begins to build over the Southwest -- Valley temperatures will begin to heat-up.

You can expect sunny skies and low relative humidity on Monday with breezy Northerly winds and midday highs in the upper-90s. That will be followed by clear skies and triple-digit temps for the rest of the week.
