Celebrating National Beef Month with Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse
As we celebrate National Beef Month this May, we’re spotlighting one of Palm Springs’ newest culinary gems — Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse.
Joining us in studio is Debra Brown, the general manager of Churrasco, who walked us through the incredible feast they brought along. From sizzling cuts of premium beef to a diverse and colorful salad bar, Churrasco offers a Brazilian-style dining experience that’s both indulgent and approachable.
“For $49, guests can enjoy access to our extensive salad bar,” Debra explained. “We offer up to 50 side dishes — including vegetarian and vegan options — all you can eat.”
For those looking to go all in, the full rodízio-style meat service is available for $69.95. “What you’re seeing here today are just five of our cuts,” Debra said. “We actually serve 17 different protein options tableside, including sirloin, ribeye, picanha, flank steak, and lamb chops.”
Among all the savory offerings, picanha — a prized cut of top sirloin — tends to be a crowd favorite. “It’s very tender, juicy, and full of flavor,” she noted, with lamb chops also earning top marks with guests.
And if you're not in the mood to fire up the grill this Memorial Day, Debra has a suggestion: “Skip the barbecue in the heat and come get meat with us instead!”
Our very own Tim O'Brien didn’t waste a second — diving into a cut of ribeye with enthusiasm. “Delicious,” he reported. “It melts in your mouth.”
