Your SoCal Weather Briefing for Monday, May 26, 2025!
The Coachella Valley will see lots of sunshine this afternoon with highs in the upper-90s/lowers-100s. Although both the Wind Advisory and Air Quality Alert were left to expire last night, on-shore winds will still become a bit of an issue again this evening.
We'll be under mostly sunny skies during the afternoons of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with near normal highs close to 100°.
As an upper-level ridge of high pressure moves over the West Coast, Valley highs heat-up around 105° on Friday.
Next -- after sitting off-shore for several days -- an upper-level low will begin to make its way over the Southwest this weekend bringing with it clouds, cooler temperatures and a slight chance of widely scattered light rain. But, the Valley remains rain-free.
