Lane Lambert to be the third head coach in Seattle Kraken history

The Seattle Kraken have named Lane Lambert as their next head coach. Lambert last served as the associate head coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs, and had a brief stint as the head coach of the New York Islanders. Lambert's coaching status rose to fame as an assistant of the Stanley Cup Champion Washington Capitals in 2019. Jessica Campbell was retained by the organization, but no word yet on the full staff that will be on the bench with Lambert to start the 2025-2026 season.
