Planet Fitness Offers Free Summer Workouts for High School Students
Planet Fitness is giving high school students ages 14-19 the chance to stay active and healthy this summer — completely free. The fitness giant’s High School Summer Pass™ program runs from June 1 to August 31, offering teenagers free access to Planet Fitness clubs in and around Palm Springs and across the country.
This marks the fifth year of the popular program, which helps teens prioritize both their physical and mental wellness during the summer break. With school out and routines disrupted, teens are more likely to experience anxiety, depression, and inactivity. Planet Fitness aims to provide a safe, welcoming space for students to stay active and develop healthy habits.
Pre-registration for the program is open from May 19 through May 31, and interested students and parents can sign up at: PlanetFitness.com/summerpass.
The program is particularly crucial for California, where 16.3% of teens are obese or overweight, highlighting the importance of accessible fitness opportunities.
Planet Fitness continues its commitment to promoting wellness by ensuring that teens can enjoy a healthy, structured summer.
