Chef David Burke Brings Culinary Pop-Up to Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage Steakhouse
On today's Desert Living, the spotlight is on a unique culinary collaboration unfolding at the Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage. Executive Chef Juan Morales and Vice President of Food and Beverage Sandy Josephson are introducing a limited-time pop-up restaurant experience inside the Steakhouse—featuring none other than acclaimed East Coast chef David Burke.
Known for his innovative approach to cuisine, Chef Burke will present a “menu within a menu,” offering six signature appetizers and six entrees that reflect his modern East Coast style. Chef Morales described the collaboration as both inspirational and seamless, emphasizing how the combination of personalities, flavors, and techniques helped create something truly special. The menu will feature standout items like whole-shrimp spring rolls wrapped in herbs with Thai peanut sauce and fermented black bean dressing, lobster dumplings with lemon micro basil, and the ever-popular hanging bacon served with a maple bourbon glaze and a touch of torched rosemary for aromatic flair.
