New Affordable Senior Housing Complex in Palm Springs Now Accepting Applications

Palm Springs is expanding its affordable housing options for seniors with the introduction of Aloe Palm Canyon, a thoughtfully designed community located at 1479 N. Palm Canyon Drive. This development offers 71 one-bedroom apartments tailored for adults aged 55 and older, with rents adjusted to accommodate incomes ranging from 20% to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Notably, 25 of these units are reserved as permanent supportive housing for seniors who have previously experienced homelessness, providing essential services to promote housing stability and independence.

Developed by the West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (WHCHC) and professionally managed by EAH Housing, Aloe Palm Canyon emphasizes community and comfort. Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a community room with a demonstration kitchen, a computer room/library, a fitness center, laundry facilities, and landscaped outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and social interaction
