Today, and again tomorrow, an upper-level ridge of high pressure will push those Coachella Valley highs to around 10-degrees above normal. Palm Springs is expected to meet 110° both afternoons.

Although on-shore winds will become a bit gusty in wind-prone areas around sunset the next few days, a brief SW flow on Tuesday afternoon could play a role in shaving-off a couple of degrees that afternoon. But, those Valley temps will still be running several degrees above normal.

This forecast calls for clear skies through mid-week.
