Army 250th Parade Military Vehicle Staging

Some of the military vehicles that will take part in Saturday's parade in Washington, D.C. are being staged today in West Potomac Park.

Soldiers were busy today getting the equipment ready for their march through the streets of Washington celebrating the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army, which also falls on president Trump's 79th birthday.

Some of the vehicles on display today include the M1A2 Abrams main battle tank, M2 Bradley fighting vehicle, M109 Paladin, and Stryker Iav.

More than 50 helicopters and some 7,000 soldiers will also take part.

The parade will cost an estimated $45million.
