Free Pet Clinic Today at Fantasy Springs Offers Vaccines, Microchips, and More for Local Pet Owners

Pet owners across the Coachella Valley are invited to take advantage of a free Community Pet Clinic happening today, June 12, at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio.

The event, running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the resort’s Special Events Center, is offering walk-in services including low-cost vaccinations, microchipping, pet licensing, and more — all with no appointment required.

In addition to core pet health services, families can enjoy:

• Free nail trims provided by Pawfect Time

• Free pet ID tags from Loving All Animals and Coachella Animal Network

• Pet education booths offering resources on animal care and wellness

This is the second and final day of the two-day clinic, which also included spay and neuter surgeries by appointment. While those appointments are now full, a limited number of standby spots were available earlier this morning.

The clinic is a joint effort by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, Coachella Animal Network, Riverside County Supervisor V. Manuel Perez, and a network of animal care organizations including Loving All Animals, SOAR, San Diego Humane Society, Riverside County Department of Animal Services, and the Palm Springs Animal Shelter.
