Pet of the Week: Meet Dandelion — A Tiny Acrobat with a Giant Purr! 🐾🌼

It’s time for another Pet of the Week, and this one is a heart-stealer! Valerie Kattz from Animal Samaritans stopped by with a special little guest: Dandelion, an adorable 9-week-old tabby kitten who’s equal parts cuddly and playful. With her tiny black nose spot and motor-like purr, Dandelion made herself right at home during her TV debut. While she was calm and snuggly in the studio, Valerie let us in on her true personality — a little gymnast in disguise who loves to leap, tumble, and entertain everyone in the shelter’s kitty room.

🐱 Kitten Season in Full Swing

Here in the Coachella Valley, kitten season never really ends — and Animal Samaritans is full of cats and kittens in need of loving homes. Valerie also introduced us to:

• Oscar, a sweet orange kitten found near a dumpster at work. Dehydrated and scared, he was rescued, nursed back to health, and even fostered by the organization’s CEO!

• Chomps & Cheeks, a pair of orange twins who are just as playful as they are cute.
