TRUMP CRITICIZES NON-WORKING HOLIDAYS ON JUNETEENTH
Former President Donald Trump is speaking out about America’s holidays. He took to Truth Social on Juneteenth to voice his concerns. Trump says the U.S. has “too many non-working holidays.” He claims they cost the country billions of dollars in lost business. Trump also says most workers don’t even want the extra days off. He warned that soon we could have more holidays than workdays. In his post, Trump called for change to protect the economy. He ended his message with his signature line, “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” The post has sparked a lot of reaction online. Some supporters agree with his focus on the economy. Others say his timing — on Juneteenth — felt disrespectful. And so, the debate over holidays continues.
