Coachella Valley Firebirds Launch Auction to Support Palm Springs Bombing Recovery
The Coachella Valley Firebirds are taking their mission beyond the rink to help Palm Springs recover after last month’s tragic bombing. Through their charitable arm, the One Valley Foundation, the team has launched a special online auction to support local businesses affected by the blast.
The auction runs from June 20 to June 27 and is hosted on the Dash auction app. Fans can bid on exclusive Firebirds memorabilia including autographed jerseys, sticks, photos, and more.
Organizers say 100% of the proceeds will go directly toward rebuilding efforts in Palm Springs, helping support small businesses that suffered damage or disruption as a result of the attack.
“This is more than just hockey,” a Firebirds representative said. “This is about standing together as One Valley.”
With community support and fan participation, the Firebirds hope their effort will bring meaningful relief and unity to the area.
