Effortless Exercise for Seniors: Nobol Showcases PhysioPedal and More
Staying active as we age can be challenging, but one company is making it easier and more accessible. Rob Martin from Nobol joined NBC Palm Springs to introduce a line of innovative devices designed to support senior mobility, including the PhysioPedal.
The PhysioPedal by Nobol is a motorized exercise device created specifically for seniors. It features both upper-body grips and a lower-body pedal attachment, allowing users to engage multiple muscle groups with ease. It can be operated hands-free or manually for a more customized experience.
“The PhysioPedal is great for increasing circulation and mobility in both the upper and lower extremities,” said Martin. “You can just sit back and let it do the work, or use your own muscles for resistance.”
For those looking for a more compact option, Nobol also offers the PhysioGo, a fully motorized elliptical-style device ideal for under-desk use. It’s perfect for users who need a lower-impact option or have limited space.
Martin also highlighted the PhysioFlex, a wearable device that provides compression, heat, vibration, and red-light therapy. It’s primarily used on the knees, elbows, or shoulders and allows users to relax while relieving joint discomfort—ideal for use while watching TV.
To round out the lineup, Nobol offers the MyoLite, a gentle massage gun designed specifically for seniors and those with lower muscle mass. Unlike traditional percussive devices, the MyoLite delivers a lighter touch, making it suitable for sensitive users.
All of these products are available at nobol.com, as well as on Amazon. Martin says they'll be hitting retail shelves soon.
“These are products made with seniors in mind, helping them stay mobile and pain-free—effortlessly,” Martin said.
