“Cobra Kai” Star Accused of Biting Co-Star

Police in Washington state say a star of Netflix’s hit series Cobra Kai allegedly bit a fellow cast member at a fan convention. The incident happened over the weekend at Summer Con in Puyallup. Officers say actor Martin Kove grabbed co-star Alicia Hannah-Kim and bit her on the upper arm. The bite reportedly came close to breaking the skin. Hannah-Kim and her husband reported the incident to police shortly after it happened. Kove told officers he believed they were play fighting and that he was just being funny. He reportedly did not intend to hurt or alarm her. Hannah-Kim, known for her role on the show, told police she did not want to press charges. Despite that, event organizers asked Kove to leave the convention. He apologized before being escorted out. The incident has sparked conversation online about boundaries and behavior at public events. Police say no further legal action is expected at this time.
