Chick-fil-A Leads Customer Satisfaction Rankings Again

Chick-fil-A is once again the top-rated fast food chain in the country.
For the 11th straight year, the Georgia-based company has ranked number one in customer satisfaction.
The ranking comes from the American Customer Satisfaction Index, based on surveys of over 16,000 people.
Chick-fil-A earned a score of 83 out of 100.
That put it ahead of Panda Express and Starbucks, which tied for second with 80 points each.
Customers often praise Chick-fil-A for its service, cleanliness, and food quality.
Even as it maintained its top spot, the chain’s growth has slowed.
In 2024, Chick-fil-A saw 5.4% growth in U.S. sales.
That marks its slowest rate of growth in two decades.
Still, the brand continues to dominate in overall satisfaction.
Industry experts say its customer service remains a key advantage.
And even with slower growth, it remains a fan favorite nationwide.
