Suspect in Palm Springs Fertility Clinic Bombing Dies in Federal Custody

Daniel Park, the Washington state man facing terrorism charges for his alleged role in the horrific attack, has died while in federal custody in Los Angeles.

Sources familiar with the incident tell NBC Palm Springs that Park, 32, was found unresponsive at the Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown Los Angeles around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. While the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has yet to release an official cause of death, information gathered suggests Park tragically took his own life by climbing onto a surface and jumping from a high balcony, sustaining fatal injuries.
