CVWD Releases Annual Water Quality Report and System Review

It’s Wednesday, which means it’s time for another Water Wise Wednesday, brought to you by the Coachella Valley Water District.

This week’s focus: the newly released annual water quality report and system review now available to the public.

Lorraine Garcia from CVWD joined us to explain what’s inside the report. “We analyze more than 17,000 water samples annually to monitor the quality of the water we serve to our customers,” she said. “The report shares the results of those tests so people can see exactly how their water measures up.”

In addition to the quality report, the annual review highlights the work CVWD has done over the past fiscal year—including system upgrades and efforts to protect the region’s water supply.
