UC Riverside Expands Free Small Business Workshop Series to Palm Desert

The University of California Riverside is expanding its outreach to local entrepreneurs with a new workshop series at its Palm Desert campus. The program, called BizTech Connect, is designed to provide technical assistance and resources for small business owners and startups.

The workshops will take place throughout the month of September and will be offered both in person and virtually, making them accessible to business owners across the Coachella Valley and beyond. Organizers say the goal is to equip local businesses with tools to thrive in today’s competitive economy.

BizTech Connect is free to join, and topics are expected to range from marketing strategies and digital tools to financial planning and growth management.
