Free Nacho Libre Movie Night Tonight at Indio Center Stage

It’s movie night in Indio, and families are invited to enjoy a free screening of the comedy favorite Nacho Libre at Indio Center Stage. The event kicks off tonight at 7 p.m. and is open to the community.

The Desert Wildlife Center is sponsoring this fun, family-friendly event. As an added bonus, the first 100 kids in attendance will receive special Indio-branded capes to help them channel their inner wrestling legend, just like the film’s main character.

Organizers say the event is part of an ongoing series aimed at bringing the community together for free, family-oriented activities. Nacho Libre, starring Jack Black, has become a cult favorite for its humor and heart, making it a fitting choice for the outdoor movie series.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to grab a good spot and secure one of the capes for their kids. Indio Center Stage is located in downtown Indio, with plenty of space for families to bring chairs or blankets and enjoy the show under the stars.
